- toxic & hostile atmosphere in the club, fans, media, etc.

- bad/old structures within the club, preventing progress

- etc.

These are things we often see in big clubs with problems.

Surely it's important to solve these, but you have to be careful.

First of all the coach needs the backing and honest understanding of the president, board and fans, everything else is secondary.

It's important that the players get the message and not just players, but also everyone else in the club assures that any groups won't be tolerated.

As i could see until now, he is perhaps the best player and does the most fighting, tries the most on the field and has most quality.

Club and fans shouldn't only demand performance and fight, but also give the right conditions to do this.
